report of TST 2004

Between 4 and 6 November 2004 we had pleasure met together fourth time in Katowice and Ustron. Chair of Automatic Control in Transport Faculity of Transport Silesian University of Technology organisated international conference "Transport Systems Telematics" in cooperate with The Warsaw University of Technology and Radom Technical University and under auspices The Committee on Transport of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
Conference has piled as every year, from world of science prominent representatives and in sphere of systems of intelligent transports industry. They has prepared for delivering 61 abstracts, pronouncement on panel session 4 and presentations 4.
They have appeared among invited visitors: Prorector for affairs Organization and Development of Silesian University of Technology, Profesor dr hab. inż. Wojciech Cholewa, Subdean of Department of Transport of Silesian University of Technology, Profesor dr hab. inż. Sylwester Markusik and Prorector of Radom Technical University, profesor of dr. hab. inż. Miroslaw Luft and profesor of dr. hab. Miroslawa Dąbrowa-Bajon from Faculity of TransportThe Warsaw University of Technology, as well as members of Chair of Transport Systems Telematics Section Trafic Control of The Committee on Transport of the Polish Academy of Sciences Professors Jacek Januszewski and Ryszard Wawruch (Gdynia Maritime Academy) and Andrzej Lewinski from Radom Technical University. Visitors have arrived on conference from Czech Republic, Croatia, Lithuania, Germany, Slovakia and Ukraine and from India.
